Do you charge Sales Tax?

We do not charge sales tax in any state except Florida.

Do you have a showroom or brick & mortar location?

 Yes! Our brand new Showroom is open in Historic Northwood Village in West Palm Beach, Florida. Visit our Interior Design Studio & Boutique to purchase or customize any one of our products! Luxe Furniture offers Full-Scale Interior Design for both Residential and Commercial projects. We are a fully customizable shop with the ability to fabricate anything you can dream up! Where are your products made?

We are proud to say that 95% of our products are made in the U.S.A. Our lucite acrylic furniture has been manufactured in West Palm Beach, Fl for over 40 years.

We have our own local workrooms for Upholstery, Draperies, Welding, Cabinetry, & Paint/Finishing. Most of our products are made in house. We also offer a wide selection of expertly curated  and highly desirable American Furnishing Brands. For a full list of  Fine Lines we deal, click here +++++

We import some of our Louis Chair frames directly from Italy & France. 

We do not believe in outsourcing to China, India, or Malasia for savings sake. 

We strive to only provide you with the highest quality luxury goods sourced from the best! 

Do your products come with a warranty?

Most of our products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, valid from the day of delivery, except for one-of-a-kind, vintage and antique items. Please inquire if you have any specific questions on a products load weight, recommended usage, and warranty information.

Is your credit card processing safe and secure?

All credit card information is handled with the same 256-bit encryption and physical security that banks use. You will see our security stamp to the left of the search bar, and there will be a lock icon with the word 'Secure'.

What is your return policy?  

Due to the custom nature of our products, All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products, a cancellation must be requested by the purchaser within 24 hours of order placement. A refund will not be given under any circumstance, if this requirement is not met. Requests must be made in writing via email to info@luxefurniture.net and accepted by Luxe Furniture to be confirmed with an email. Any request for cancellation after the 24 hour period will not be considered and Luxe Furniture is due the full amount of sale. 

What is your damage policy? 
1.) LUXE FURNITURE STRIVES FOR 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
2.) WE USE ONLY TRUSTED CARRIERS WHEN WE SHIP OUR LUXURY GOODS, HOWEVER, ISSUES CAN ARISE FROM TIME TO TIME, DUE THE DELICATE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS. 
3.) LUXE FURNITURE INC SHIPS FOB-ORIGIN ONLY. THE CUSTOMER TAKES OWNERSHIP OF THE GOODS IMMEDIATELY UPON PICK UP OF THE GOODS BY THE CARRIER/SHIPPER. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY AND RISK OF THE GOODS DURING THE SHIPMENT. LUXE FURNITURE IS RELEASED FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, RISK, AND/OR DAMAGES IN REGARDS TO THE GOODS AS SOON AS PICK UP IS MADE BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY, REGARDLESS OF WHO CONTRACTED THE SHIPPING COMPANY TRANSPORTING THE GOODS.
4.) LUXE FURNITURE INC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AND/OR LIABLE FOR DAMAGE DONE IN SHIPPING. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY AND RECEIVE RE-INBURSEMENT FROM THE SHIPPING COMPANY FOR ANY LOSS.
5.)  DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT OF WHITE GLOVE SHIPPED ORDERS. FAILURE TO REPORT DAMAGE IMMEDIATELY TO LUXE FURNITURE AND THE SHIPPING COMPANY, WILL FORFEIGHT ANY POTENTIAL REPLACEMENT. IT IS AT LUXE FURNITURE'S DISCRETION WHETHER OR NOT A REPLACEMENT WILL BE MADE.
6.) IN THE CASE OF A DAMAGED SHIPMENT DELIVERED VIA WHITE GLOVE, LUXE FURNITURE WILL AID IN FILING A CLAIM ON BUYERS BEHALF ONLY IF AN INSURANCE POLICY WAS REQUESTED AND PURCHASED BY THE CUSTOMER AND MUST BE LISTED ON THE INVOICE. FILING A CLAIM DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE INSURANCE COMPANIES PAYMENT OF THAT CLAIM. IF THE CLAIM IS APPROVED, THE BUYER WILL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, RECEIVE A MONETARY REFUND. IT IS ONLY AT LUXE FURNITURE'S DISCRETION WHETHER OR NOT A  REPLACEMENT WILL BE MADE AND/OR ISSUED. LUXE FURNITURE INC CAN DENY A REPLACEMENT FOR ANY REASON. IF LUXE FURNITURE APPROVES A REPLACEMENT, ALL SHIPPING COSTS RELATED TO THE REPLACEMENT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. THE REPLACEMENT AND ALL SHIPPING COST MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL IN ORDER FOR THE REPLACEMENT TO SHIP. LUXE FURNITURE INC AND ITS OWNERS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ISSUE OR DENY A REPLACEMENT FOR ANY REASON.
7.) WE HIGHLY ADVISE PURCHASING A SHIPMENT INSURANCE POLICY ON ALL HIGH VALUE ITEMS, EITHER THROUGH LUXE FURNITURE OR THROUGH THE CUSTOMER PREFFERED INSURANCE COMPANY.
TERMS OF SALE
BY PLACING AN ORDER ON LUXEFURNITURE.NET CUSTOMER/PURCHASER/BUYER AGREES TO ALL ORDER POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS HERE IN. LUXE FURNITURE, INC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO UPDATE OR CHANGE SAID TERMS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON.
